Cancellation and refund policy

Payment is taken when you book, so the vehicle and the driver are reserved for you. If plans change, cancel by WhatsApp or phone. The refund depends on how much notice you give before pickup time.

Regular taxi, up to 4 passengers

• 12 hours or more before pickup: free cancellation, full refund.
• 6 to 12 hours before: 50% of the ride price is charged.
• 3 to 6 hours before: 75% is charged.
• Less than 3 hours before pickup: the full price is charged.

Minivan, minibus and larger vehicles

A larger vehicle is scheduled in advance and often drives in from another city, so the cancellation window is longer.

• 24 hours or more before pickup: free cancellation, full refund.
• 12 to 24 hours before: 50% of the ride price is charged.
• 6 to 12 hours before: 75% is charged.
• Less than 6 hours before pickup: the full price is charged.

How to cancel

Send a WhatsApp message or call the same number you booked with. The time your message arrives is the time that counts.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with. When it shows in your account depends on your card company.

Child seats and pets

A child safety seat or a pet carrier is a special request: tell us when you book so we assign the right vehicle. These cannot be added at pickup time.
