Shabbat: The train to Jerusalem stops for Shabbat. We do not.

Questions we get a lot

Train or private driver to Jerusalem?

The train is cheap and fast when it runs, but it ends at Yitzhak Navon station, not at your hotel. With three suitcases, children, or a Shabbat landing, a private driver saves the last leg.

Can we stop on the way?

Yes, say so when you book. A short stop for shopping or to pick someone up is part of the ride.

How is this different from a Nesher sherut?

A shared shuttle waits until it fills up and drops ten passengers around the city before you. A private transfer leaves when you land and goes straight to your address. With luggage or children the difference is an hour or more.
