Travel time: 20 to 35 minutes most of the day, longer in the morning and evening rush.
Pickup point: Arrivals hall, Terminal 3. The driver holds a sign with your name. From Terminal 1 we agree a meeting point by phone.
Shabbat and night: We drive all week. A 3 am landing gets a driver like any other.
Vehicle: Taxi for up to 4, minivan for up to 7, minibus for a group.
The other way: Pickup from your hotel or home in Tel Aviv to the airport, with a departure time we work out from your flight.

How early should I leave Tel Aviv for an international flight?

Be at the airport three hours before departure. Central Tel Aviv to Ben Gurion is about half an hour most of the day, and we add a margin for traffic.

Is there a night surcharge?

The price is fixed in advance by the hour of the ride, and Anastasia tells you the number before you book. No meter surprises.

Is this a sherut (shared shuttle)?

No. A sherut leaves when it fills up and makes stops for other passengers. This is a private transfer: your vehicle only, leaving when you land, door to door.
